In your Yandex Business account, you can create an adaptive website for your company. It will look equally good on all devices: computers, tablets, and phones.

Features
  • Creating a website is free.
  • In Yandex Business, you can only create one website for each company.
  • If your company already has a website, the two will work independently without competing with each other.
  • Only users with the Owner, Representative, or Representative (Webmaster) roles can manage the website in Yandex Business. For more information, see User roles.

The website publishes company data from the Yandex Business profile.

Create a website

After you add a company to Yandex Business and confirm your rights, the website will be created and published automatically.

Find out the website address

The website address follows the template https://<company name in Latin script>.clients.site. To see it:

  1. Open Businesses and select a company.
  2. In the menu on the left, select Site → General.

You will see the address and status of the website at the top of the page.

Change the website address

You can change the website address as follows:

  1. Open Businesses and select a company.
  2. In the menu on the left, select Site → General.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Edit → General settings.
  4. Click Change website address.

  5. Enter a new name that:

    • Is 4–30 characters long.
    • May consist of lowercase Latin letters, numbers, as well as - and _ symbols.
  6. Save the changes.

Check out the website on different devices

To see how the website looks on a computer, tablet, or phone:

  1. Open Businesses and select a company.
  2. In the menu on the left, select Site → General.

  3. To see how the website looks on a particular device, click one of the icons at the top of the page:

    • : Computer.
    • : Tablet.
    • : Phone.

Change the website design

You can choose a theme for your website and change the color of the buttons:

  1. Open Businesses and select a company.
  2. In the menu on the left, select Site → General.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Edit → Appearance.
  4. In the Theme section, choose Light or Dark.
  5. In the Action button color section, choose a color.
  6. Click Save and publish.

Customize content display

The website publishes information from the company profile. When you update the profile, the data also changes on the website.

You can manage how information from the profile is displayed:

  1. Open Businesses and select a company.
  2. In the menu on the left, select Site → General.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Edit → Content. The page that opens shows sections you can edit.
Note. You can't add information that's not included in the sections. For example, you can't upload a price list.
Change the website name and description
  1. Click General.

  2. Enter a new website name in the Title field and add a Description of up to 250 characters.

    The description will appear in search result snippets and in the website header below the company name and the business category.

  3. Click Save and publish.
Set up the action button

The action button is the most noticeable button on the website. When you launch a store, the action button from the advertising materials won't be published on the website.

Note. The set of target actions depends on the information listed in the company profile. For example, if you haven't added a phone number, you won't be able to create a Call button.
  1. Click General.
  2. Select an action button like Call, Submit request, Build route, Book online, or Click on link.
  3. Click Save and publish.
Set up the Subscribe button
  1. Click General.
  2. Select a subscription channel and link to it.
  3. Click Save and publish.
Change business categories
  1. Click General.

  2. In the Business categories section, click Edit.

    You will be redirected to your Yandex Business account.

  3. In the Business category section, click Add category and select a category.
  4. Click Save data.
Add an extended description
  1. Click About us.

  2. In the Extended description field, enter an additional description for your company (no more than 2550 characters).

    It will be displayed in the About us section on the website.

  3. Select Show on site and click Save and publish.
Publish reviews
To add reviews about your company to the website, select Show on site in the Reviews section and click Save and publish.
Publish photos
To show uploaded photos on the website, select Show on site in the Photos section and click Save and publish.
Edit contact information
The Contact info section contains data from the About the business section. To edit it, go to About the business → Data in the menu on the left.

Unpublish a website

  1. Open Businesses and select a company.
  2. In the menu on the left, select Site → General.
  3. In the upper-right corner of the page, click Edit.
  4. Go to the General settings tab.
  5. Click Remove site from publication.

FAQ

How can I delete my website?
You can remove your website from publication. For more information, see Remove website from publication. It will no longer be available at the link, though it can still be edited and republished.
How can I see my website?
You can view your website by following the link in your account or in view mode.
Can I upload my own favicon to the website?
No, you can't.
Does my website have an SSL certificate?
Yes, an SSL certificate is automatically installed on the website.
How do I install a Yandex Metrica tag on my website?
You don't need to install a Yandex Metrica tag manually. It is already created and installed as part of your Yandex Business account tag. Your account's Statistics section shows your website's statistics. You can't edit or delete the tag.
