Yandex Disk audit log

Audit log is a log of events (logs) where the company admin can see employees' actions with files and folders on Yandex Disk.

The logs are available for Optimal or Advanced plans.

For each event, the log displays:

  • Date and time.
  • Event type.
  • File or folder name.
  • Employee who worked with the file or folder.
  • Owner of the file or folder.

How to enable single sign-on (SSO)

  1. In the menu on the left, select Yandex Disk audit log.
  2. Click Enable and confirm the action.

Attention. Under clause 3.7 of the offer, after enabling access, the admin is obliged to notify all users and, if necessary, obtain their written consent (unless it was obtained earlier).

View logs

You can view logs in the list, view event details, sort events by date, and filter them by type.

To go to the logs:

  1. In the menu on the left, select Yandex Disk audit log.

You can see the information about employees' actions with files and folders in the Event type column.

Manage logs

To learn more about an employee's action with a file or folder, select an event from the list and click Details: the information will be displayed in a pop-up window.

You can filter events by parameters. Above the list of events, click Filter and select one or more parameters. The list will show the events that match the parameters.

To add a filter, click . To remove a filter, click to the right of it. To cancel filtering and display all events, click Reset above the list.
