Link a domain

To link a domain, you must be its owner. If you don't have a domain, choose and register a domain name with a registrar company. You can link each domain to only one company in Yandex 360 for Business. To transfer a domain from one company to another, disconnect it from the previous company and link it to the new one.

You can link multiple domains in Yandex 360 for Business. The first domain you link to your company becomes its primary domain and can be used to create employee mailboxes. You can also add alias domains.

If verification failed, try again later. It can take up to 72 hours to verify a domain using a DNS record.

  4. Wait until your domain is verified.

Restriction. If this is the first domain you are connecting to your company, other actions in Yandex 360 for Business will be blocked until it's verified.
Step 3. Configure the DNS records for your domain
Attention. If you transfer data from another platform, first import mailboxes, and then configure DNS records.

Records can be configured manually or automatically.

Link an alias domain

An alias domain is an alternative name for your primary domain.

Once you link an alias domain, the employee will have an additional address linked to their mailbox on the primary domain. For more information, see Mailbox aliases.

You can link an alias domain in the same way as the primary domain.

Note. You can add alias domains only after you link your primary domain. You can create employee accounts and mailboxes only on your primary domain.
