View search results

There are two ways to view the found emails on the Email archive tab:

  • Left-click on the search.
  • Select the search and click  → View emails.

If the search is in Completed status, you'll see the search parameters and the list of emails found on the results page. If the search is in Archived status, you'll see the restart button on the results page.

Open an email from the search results

Use one of the following methods:

  • Left-click on the email.
  • Select the email and click  → Open.

Forward an email from the search results

You can forward the emails you found via a context menu or from the view page.

Via a context menu
  1. Select the email.
  2. Click  → Forward.
  3. Specify the recipient's address.
  4. Click Send.
From the view page
  1. Click Forward above the text of the email.
  2. Specify the recipient's address.
  3. Click Send.

Emails were not found

Possible reasons this might happen:

The search parameters are too strict

Change the search parameters and try again.

Emails are missing from the archive

Emails might be missing from the archive if:

  • You search imported mailboxes. Only emails from mailboxes hosted on the company's domain are stored in the archive.
  • Emails were deleted before the archive was enabled. For example, if the archive was enabled on March 12, you won't be able to find the email deleted on January 5.
  • The employee was removed from the organization.
