Yandex Direct ads that are shown in other countries must follow that country's advertising laws as well as Yandex's ad policies.
Advertising that promotes services, programs or mobile apps that block ads or replace them with other content or ads is prohibited (excluding instances when the ad blocker is an extension of the main item being advertised).
