Ads for health and beauty products can be placed in Yandex Direct with some restrictions:
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Be careful when designing your ads: if you indicate that your product has a therapeutic effect or mention names of illnesses, then your ad will be moderated in accordance with the rules described in the Medical services section.
Yandex doesn't display ads related to sensitive subjects based on behavioral targeting or retargeting lists. This is the case even if your ad passed moderation and you set your impression criteria correctly.
